The film develops the story of an ex-baby gangster, Sasà Striano, who after many years of prison and theater work, returns to Naples to stage a Macbeth in Neapolitan, and begins a journey through the Naples of the alleys in search of a original cast of “real people”.
During the auditions with the boys and women Sasà comes face to face with a profoundly changed criminal city. On a trip to the central neighborhoods Sasà, rewriting the conflicts of Macbeth, carries out a reportage on the state of today’s criminal city.
