In the International Shorts Competition, 17 short films from 15 different countries will compete with each other. Ten Italian premieres, six European premieres and one worldwide premiere all to be discovered!

In the International Shorts Competition, 17 short films from 15 different countries will compete with each other. Ten Italian premieres, six European premieres and one worldwide premiere all to be discovered! From the UK, “All That Glitters” by Dan Bronzite and “Precious Hair & Beauty” by John Ogunmuyiwa, carrying on we find Amissa Anima” by Tatians Doroshenko, Australian and set in the 80s, “The Birds Fly Together” by Juan Felipe Grisales Tangarife and “The Trial” di Germán Arango, an European premiere just like “Safe” and “Untitled #1”; inside the section we can also find “Interfon 15” and “Good Morning, Ignacio” (European premiere), “Imposible decirte adios” (European premiere) by Yolanda Centeno, “From The Mountain” by Faisal Attrache, the Canadian “Frimas” by Marianne Farley, the Iranian “Dog” by MohamadHassan Yassaee (Worldwide premiere), the German “Current” by Katharina Schnekenbühl (European premiere), the French “Censor Of Dreams”, “Brother Troll” and “August Sky”.

The Student Shorts Competition welcomes with open arms eleven works from film schools all around the world! Among the eight Italian premieres and the two Worldwide premieres we can find: “Lia” by Giulia Regini (Worldwide premiere) and “Con gli occhi tuoi” from Scuola Volonté.

The already famous “Fantasma Neon”, presented in 14 different film festival differenti e double winner at Locarno Film Festival; “Hourglass House” by Yinghai Hu (Worldwide premiere), “Master” by Margarita Titova, “Progress” from Czech Republic, “Reina” telling the story of Lola’s broken dream, the incredibly funny “Talponi” by Vanja Victor Kabir Tognola, “Night Visit” by Mya Kaplan and the two shorts films from Lodz Film School: “The Wildwood Diptych” and “Venus of Willendorf”.
