An afternoon in the pool was supposed to be just a chill hangout for 16 year-old Laura, but when she runs into her mother’s old friend and her son Marco, their interaction makes her circle the edges of what is or is not considered abusive.

Giulia and Júlia are Brazilian producers and directors who co-directed their first short film. While Júlia works in production at an advertisement production company in São Paulo, Giulia is an Assistant Director for advertising and music videos. Together, they are migrating into fiction and pursuing their love of telling significant stories.
