One morning, a mysterious man appears lying in the square of a town inhabited by only five neighbors. Nobody knows who he is, or where he came from. They must act quickly before the stranger wakes up.
Director biographical note
Roberto Valencia (Beto Val) is a children's story writer, publicist and digital artist.
He has worked for more than 20 years as creative director in several communication agencies in Quito-Ecuador.
He is Co-creator of the magazine for boys and girls ¡elé! and the 2D short film of Captain Shield, the first Ecuadorian superhero and has directed seven 2D animated series for educational television in Ecuador, with the production company Zonacuario.
The Strange Case of the Bullet Man is his first short film as a director and screenwriter simultaneously, in addition to being in charge of the general coordination of the art direction.
Beto Val is also a digital artist, specialist in vintage surrealism. He has more than 270K followers on Instagram and his collage work has been recognized in several countries. He is currently preparing exhibitions of his work in Spain and Mexico.
