• It starts with Ato-Mick by Daniel Belton, which utilizes the noted theatrical dance company Good Company Arts to tell a fable in a sci-fi style on friendship, discovery and imagination. Combining a retro cinematographic style with a more modern techno-animation and inspired by the physical poetry of Keaton and Chaplin, Belton immerses the viewer in a fictional world where everything is possible.
• It then continues with Avatar, a dance video performance that shows the transposition of the human body into a virtual avatar on a computer screen, thanks to the exemplary cleverness of the Turkish director Candas Sisman.
• Where What is Within, a narration for music and images on the theme of the ephemeral and that which survives in each moment of the lives we lead. Retelling the famous aphorism of Heraclitus (panta rei), the director Fabio Bianchini combines, in an alchemic anesthetic, every sense for your enjoyment.
• Silence Inside, a piece of video art filmed by the artist Stefano Fanara, aims at deepening the thematic existentialism of life, starting with an analysis of disease and reaching the internalized malaise of man. It’s an open complaint against a poor health system still present in Italy and across the world.
• It concludes with The Fourth Order (Il Quarto Ordine) by Jessica Iapino. Introspective analyses of contemporary society across a wonderful plot weaving between mysticism and humanity. Skillful play with metaphors shows a quotidian soaked in contradictions, which everyone can recognize
