It is a common thinking that cinema has to look ahead and it cannot search in past models for a new birth. It is necessary to analyze the technological contest and new languages on which it will be based on.
In this ever changing and evolving contest, a collaboration between Independent Producers and a big company like RAI Cinema is necessary since RAI cinema institutionally has to look ahead to new technologies, formats and production means.
We need then a periodical confrontation table which monitors the evolution of the cinema industry and establishes the fundamentals to explore new production and realization models.
