RIFF, together with Trovautore Fiuggi and the Piccole Proiezioni Festival, is bringing a special preview to Fiuggi: on Sunday, October 18, at 6:00 PM, the Teatro Comunale di Fiuggi will host a film showcase in collaboration with the RIFF Awards, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year.
For the occasion, the audience in Fiuggi will be able to watch a selection of short films – a taste of great contemporary independent cinema brought directly to the city, just months before the festival’s new Rome edition takes place.
The Fiuggi preview stems from a meeting of entities sharing a passion for cinema and culture; it offers an opportunity to bring the local community closer to the language of independent film, strengthening the dialogue between the city and one of the most vibrant and long-standing festivals on the Italian film scene – all during a symbolic year for RIFF.
So, the appointment is for Sunday, October 18, at 6:00 PM, at the Teatro Comunale in Fiuggi.
