On Thursday, the RIFF will present shorts, documentaries and masterclasses from the four corners of the world, from Berlin to Chile. At 6.15 pm, cinema enthusiasts and professionals will be invited to attend the masterclass by Anja Strelec, Croatian director, while the director of the Panorama section of the Berlinale, Wieland Speck, will present the film event Miguel’s War.

On Thursday 25 November the RIFF will find the double screening room, doubling in turn the programming in view of the grand finale of the edition. International short films will again be the key review of the day, which starting at 4 pm will concentrate directors and authors traveling from five continents in halls 1 and 3 of the Nuovo Cinema Aquila – obviously at the disposal of the public’s curiosity and questions. At 6.15 pm, enthusiasts and professionals will be invited to attend the masterclass by Croatian director Anja Strelec, while the founder of the Berlinale Teddy Awards, Wieland Speck, will present the event film “Miguel’s War”, fresh from the German triumph last March. The evening program will also see the presentation in the presence of the authors of two other highly anticipated works: the Spanish “Clown’s Planet”, directed by Hector Carré, and the documentary “Little Satchmo” by the American John Alexander, on the personal and cultural heritage of Louis Armstrong.
