Forced to keep her affair within the confines of her car, Giusy meets with Rosario at the town harbor in the night. Giusy loves Rosario. He is handsome, charming, and reminds Giusy often that he would rather be with her than with his girlfriend Veronica. When Rosario promises Giusy that he will break up with Veronica, she begins stalking Veronica at her workplace, a small tabacchi, where Veronica works the counter. Giusy looks for any signs of Veronica’s broken heart, but in the process, she starts an uncomfortable journey of toxic comparison. In spite of Veronica, Giusy marches on, believing Rosario will soon live up to his romantic promises.

Kevin Rodengen started loving the magic of filmmaking at thirteen years old. Kevin traveled the world as a wilderness guide, collecting stories from Patagonia to Alaska, always carrying a camera in his hands. When he met Roberta Rigano (Giusy, co-writer, co-producer), she nudged him back in the direction of filmmaking again, inspiring him to make his first short film, “Malgrado Te”. Kevin has since continued to study filmmaking by working on set in the assistant directing department for the HBO TV series “I Know This Much is True” and is now working in post-production with Marvel Studios on “She Hulk”.
