“Gift” tells the story of two desperate men, Shui and Jin, who plan to rob a gold shop. It is the best time for them to take action in twenty minutes. It takes long to wait so they talk about the future after the success of the robbery. Jin has no idea, but Shui’s goal is very beautiful that he wants to take the one he loves to Maldives. When Jin asks what the place looks like, a leaflet of beaches on the windshield inspires Shui. He gradually forms the Utopia in his mind, and the beautiful imagination infects Jin as well. And it is the guidance of this beautiful dream that eventually turns them, who are about to go astray, into good people, acting bravely for the justice.
