The story is set in a school on the outskirts of Rome where some students, not having solid families, live by their wits and to scrape together some money to survive. They often enter circles wider than their own, placing themselves at the mercy of local gangs, who use them for drug dealing and prostitution. The road will be their life teacher, often cruel because it easily deceives them with money.
