Always the flagship of the competition, the section dedicated to national short films is preparing to hold the bench in the long week of the RIFF. Alongside a proposal already rich in feature films, animation, events and meetings, the public will once again be called upon to get to know new and already established local artists. Twenty-five titles in competition, strictly between ten and thirty minutes, which in a double daily appointment (afternoon and late evening) will present to the audience some of the most anticipated premiere of the year. There will be many debuts that will see their official launch right at the RIFF. To surprise the most attentive public, the actor participation of well-known faces of Italian cinema – from the legends Milena Vukotic and Giorgio Colangeli, to contemporary stars such as Lino Guanciale, Gaia Girace, Alessio Vassallo, Ludovico Tersigni, Edoardo Purgatori and Donatella Finocchiaro, who came to lend its face at the best of national production.
