When one day his wind turbine stops spinning, the young wind turbine keeper Phil doesn’t know what to do. The inspectors set him a deadline to repair the turbine. Phil, however, is convinced that the wind itself has disappeared and sets out on a quest following a plastic bag floating in the wind. – not only to find the wind, but also to find a way out of his own stasis.
