Argentina Review Part 1

“Belgrano”by Sebastian Pivotto will be in the opening night movie of May 31 to start the five-day official tribute to the Argentine cinema at Cinema Farnese Persol Rome. “Aniceto”by Leonardo Favio, candidate to the Goya Award in 2008, is the film that will open the afternoon slot of screenings of the review (Wednesday, 1 June 18:30 h) at 20:30 will be screened “A Novio Para Mi Mujer” by Juan Taratata, comedy smash hit in 2008 with a good international Palmares.
Thursday, June 2 screenings will begin again from 18:30 with “Si sos brujo – una historia de tango” directed by Caroline Neal and will be followed at 20:30 with “Intramontabile effervescenza” an Italian language film directed by Marcos Carnevale, a romantic story , about love in old age whose style recalls Fellini’s movies.
