Nazli Eda Noyan is a professor and founding head of the Cartoon and Animation Department at Bahcesehir University, Istanbul. She is an author of children's books and an award-winning animation filmmaker, director of ANIM.IST Istanbul Animation Platform, and producer at Girl Saw The Sea Productions.
