Silence is the soundtrack of authoritarian regimes, which is why so much “noise” needs to be made. Knowledge of human rights is the first step to be able to claim them, and music has the power to get to people’s hearts, with unexpected speed, power and strength, to tell the story of human rights violations present in every country, including our own. “Rumore – Human Vibes” is an encounter between music and human rights, told through the songs of artists and songwriters who, through their songs, embrace and empower the themes of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
