“Non so perché ti odio” is a Filippo Soldi’s movie, presented in October to the Rome International Film Festival. Its main purpose it’s to analyse a common feeling:
homophobia. It ask as well the victims and the muggers.
Moreover we would like to mention some others social-issue documentaries: “Quando non suona la campana” directed by Lorenzo Giroffi, winner of Reporter against usury’s Prize and of the International Journalism Prize “Maria Grazia Cutuli“. It is a movie about educational dispersion in Naples and Palermo.
We have some documentaries which will examine Middle East’s actuality from a new prospective: “Younf Syrian Lenses” directed by Ruben Lagattolia and Filippo Biagianti is a movie that focus itself on Syrian reality observed from the workers of Halab News Network. “Il segreto di Otello”, directed by Francesco Ranieri Martinotti is about the story of “Otello” a estaurant in Rome which was one of the historical meeting place of Italian Cinema’s greatest characters. Lorenza Fruci’s “Burlesque” is a choral combination from some real experiences of those women which have rebuild their own life through the burlesque.
