RIFF presents a special masterclass on the relationship between cinema and artificial intelligence, exploring new forms of storytelling and visual creation generated by emerging technologies.
Structured around training sessions, screenings, and a public panel, the project invites reflection on “visual justice” and the cultural and creative impact of AI. Through dialogue among professionals, filmmakers, and researchers, the masterclass aims to highlight cinema’s role as a critical space for transformation and a bridge between art and innovation.
The works on the program, all created using artificial intelligence tools, will provide a concrete starting point to discuss ethics, authorship, and new visual languages. An open conversation to understand how AI is reshaping vision, imagination, and the creative freedom of contemporary cinema.
