A wall of trees. Her sudden urges to break out of the cold loneliness lead to nothing. When a sudden impact leads Irina to choose between owning or ending her life.

Amelie Loy is an animation artist and illustrator. Her work was screened in London, Tel Aviv & Tokio amongst others. She studied art & film at the Academy of fine arts Vienna. After graduating with first class honours she works as an independent filmmaker. As she prefers to have her hands full of ink and clay, rather than tidily working on a graphic tablet, she will always find a way to realize most of her work with analogue media. Her films & illustrations focus on the layers of existence with an empathic yet often humorous approach.
